feat: blockchain production updates for aitbc1

- Update blockchain node scripts for devnet and mainnet
- Update blockchain RPC router for production
- Update coordinator API main configuration
- Update blockchain router endpoints
- Add production key generation script
- Remove gitea token file (security)
