+- Created `aitbc_wallet` database
+- Configured user permissions

+- **wallet_events**: Event tracking with timestamps
+- JSONB for better JSON performance
+

+- Successfully migrated existing wallet data

+Created full PostgreSQL implementation:
+- `create_wallet()`: Create/update wallets
+- `get_wallet()`: Retrieve wallet info
+- `list_wallets()`: List with pagination
+- `add_wallet_event()`: Event tracking
+- `get_wallet_events()`: Event history
+- `update_wallet_metadata()`: Metadata updates
+- `delete_wallet()`: Wallet deletion
+- `get_wallet_stats()`: Statistics
