feat: remove dynamic data from git repository

✅ Data Repository Cleanup
- Removed data/ directory from git tracking
- Added data/ to .gitignore
- All dynamic data now stored in /var/lib/aitbc/data
- Updated services to use system data paths
- Updated systemd services to use system data paths

✅ Git Repository Clean
- No dynamic data in repository
- .gitignore updated to prevent future tracking
- Database files (*.db) ignored
- Log files (*.log) ignored
- Production data directories ignored

✅ System Data Location
- All data properly stored in /var/lib/aitbc/data
- Services using correct system paths
- No data in repository (clean git history)
- Proper FHS compliance

🚀 AITBC repository now clean with all dynamic data in system location!
