Initial commit: OpenClaw workspace setup

- Added core identity/soul files
- Added .gitignore to protect sensitive data
- Configured Matrix channel with autoReply and groupAllowFrom
- Note: /root/.openclaw/openclaw.json contains active config (Matrix fixes)
