fix: remove tracked runtime files and update .gitignore

- Add contracts/artifacts/, *.dbg.json, cli/build/, dev/test-nodes/*.log to .gitignore
- Remove tracked contract artifacts from git
- Remove tracked build artifacts from git
- Remove tracked test logs from git
