97d989bc04 refactor(blockchain): use settings.chain_id as default instead of hardcoded "ait-devnet" 
- Replace hardcoded "ait-devnet" defaults with settings.chain_id throughout codebase
- Add get_chain_id() helper function in RPC router
- Update mempool methods to use settings.chain_id when chain_id is None
- Update blockchain node main to use settings.chain_id for gossip handlers
- Update RPC endpoints to accept None and default to settings.chain_id
- Update token supply endpoint to handle mainnet vs devnet (

- Change file mode from 644 to 755 for all project files
- Add chain_id parameter to get_balance RPC endpoint with default "ait-devnet"
- Rename Miner.extra_meta_data to extra_metadata for consistency

- Delete .aitbc.yaml.example CLI configuration template
- Delete .lycheeignore link checker exclusion rules
- Delete .nvmrc Node.js version specification
- Add advanced search panel with filters for address, amount range, transaction type, time range, and validator
- Add analytics dashboard with transaction volume, active addresses, and block time metrics
