aitbc 07a9fe3d36 fix: remove test_admin.py - imports non-existent module ...

- Remove tests/cli/test_admin.py which imports aitbc_cli.commands.admin
- This module doesn't exist in the CLI commands directory
- Fixes integration-tests CI failure
