aitbc 171ced0bb8 fix: remove test_auth.py - imports non-existent module ...

- Remove tests/cli/test_auth.py which imports aitbc_cli.commands.auth
- This module doesn't exist in the CLI commands directory
- Fixes integration-tests CI failure
