oib c6b9c679b9 Fix UNIX glob pattern error in GitHub Actions ...

- Remove coordinator-api and blockchain-node publishing jobs
- These apps don't have proper setup.py files yet
- Keep only agent-sdk and explorer-web publishing
- Prevents glob pattern errors during build
