aitbc 7bbb75876a fix: update agent-daemon service to run as root instead of aitbc user ...

- Change User=aitbc to User=root in aitbc-agent-daemon.service
- aitbc user no longer exists after cleanup
- Consistent with other AITBC services that run as root
