fix: Change aitbc2 from localhost to IP address for CI environment

- Change aitbc2 from localhost to 10.1.223.93
- localhost doesn't resolve correctly in CI environment
- Both aitbc and aitbc2 are on same machine (10.1.223.93)
- Remove debug logging that was breaking output
