aitbc 43495bf170 fix: complete system architecture compliance via workflow
 Architecture Audit & Rewire Completed
- Fixed Python code path references in tests and miner files
- Updated SystemD service ReadWritePaths to use system logs
- Removed remaining production data and log directories
- Updated .gitignore for additional runtime patterns
- Created proper system directory structure
- Restarted all services for configuration changes

- Data: /var/lib/aitbc/data 
- Config: /etc/aitbc 
- Logs: /var/log/aitbc
