- Replaced actions/upload-artifact with Gitea API release creation in build-miner-binary.yml
- Added separate steps for uploading binary, package, and checksums to Gitea release
- Added StructuredFormatter class for JSON log output in aitbc_logging.py
- Added structured logging support with log_context() context manager and LogContext class
- Added structured parameter to setup_logger() and configure_logging()

  3. Potentially Hardcoded Secrets (SECURITY)

    • 49 hardcoded credentials remain in TEST FILES ONLY (admin123, operator123, user123)
    • Production config.py verified: no secret_key defaults
    • No .env.example file exists (removed as claimed)
    • Test fixtures acceptable with hardcoded credentials for integration tests
  4. Bare Except Clauses (RELIABILITY)

    • 21 bare except clauses
    • FIXED: Replaced with except Exception: across 12 files
    • Catches SystemExit/KeyboardInterrupt, hides real errors
    • Makes system unkillable in failure scenarios
