aitbc 35196e4d43 fix: remove aitbc2 and skip stress test on insufficient balance ...

- Remove non-existent aitbc2 node from NODES array
- Exit successfully instead of failing when wallet balance is insufficient
- Stress test requires funded wallet - skip gracefully in test environment
- Fixes multi-node-stress-testing CI failure
