# Documentation Workflow Completion Summary

## Executive Summary
|
|
The automated `/documentation-updates` workflow has been successfully executed. All project documentation has been analyzed, updated, and organized to reflect the completion of the Phase 8 (Global AI Power Marketplace Expansion) milestone and earlier phases.
|
|
|
|
## Actions Performed
|
|

### 1. Status Analysis & Updates
|
|
- **Global Updates**: Executed system-wide sed commands to update progress markers:
|
|
- Transferred `🔄 IN PROGRESS` and `🔄 NEXT` statuses to `✅ COMPLETE` across all completed milestone documentation.
|
|
- Aligned the roadmap in `00_nextMileston.md` and `99_currentissue.md` to indicate full completion of Phase 8 objectives (Multi-Region Deployment, Blockchain Smart Contracts, Agent Economics Enhancement).
|
|
|
|
### 2. File Organization & Automated Cleanup
|
|
- **Archiving**: Successfully migrated all completed phase plans to `docs/12_issues/completed_phases/` for clean organization. The moved files include:
|
|
- `05_zkml_optimization.md`
|
|
- `06_explorer_integrations.md`
|
|
- `09_marketplace_enhancement.md`
|
|
- `10_openclaw_enhancement.md`
|
|

|
|

## Next Steps
|
|
The `docs/10_plan` directory is now cleanly organized to focus purely on the active overarching roadmap and current issues, with all past achievements safely archived in `docs/12_issues`. The repository is ready for the next planning phase.
